Senator Judy Schwank (D-Berks) joined representatives from the Kutztown Community Partnership (KCP), the Greater Berks Development Fund, and DESCCO Design and Construction for a press conference to update the Kutztown community on the ongoing Strand Theatre renovation. At the press conference, they announced additional funding for the upgrades.
